Meet Our Staff:


Don J. Bell, CPA

Principal

Don is a principal and managing officer of the firm. He graduated from the University of Vermont in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He attained his certified public accounting certificate in 1987 and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the board of a local non-profit organization.

Don has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting with concentration in the areas of accounting and individual and small business taxation and income tax planning. He also has extensive experience in client representation before the IRS and state taxing authorities.

Don resides in Hampstead, NH with his wife Sherry and stays active running, biking and playing basketball and enjoys following the New England sports teams.



John A. Rosatone, CPA (In memory of 1935-2018)

Principal-Retired

John was a founding principal in the firm. He had nearly sixty years of experience in public accounting providing tax and consulting services to individuals and small businesses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. John retired in April 2018 and sadly, passed away in December 2018.



Loretta Lamoreux

Senior Accountant

Loretta is a senior tax accountant with the firm. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. Loretta provides a multitude of accounting and tax services for individuals and small businesses in our Seabrook NH office, including advice in regard to the implementation and use of accounting software including Quickbooks. Loretta joined the firm in 2000, and has prior experience with local public accounting firms as a staff accountant.

Loretta is a lifetime Seacoast native with two adult children and enjoys the local live music scene.



Maura Mulhall

CPA

Maura graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree. Maura has attained her Certified Public Accounting certificate and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts. She is responsible for tax and accounting matters for many of our small business clients and focuses on the preparation of partnership, corporate and nonprofit tax returns for these clients. Maura joined the firm in 2012.

Maura resides in southern New Hampshire with her husband and four children. In her spare time, Maura likes reading, traveling the globe and spending time with family.



Beth Dixon

Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist/Staff Accountant

Beth joined our firm in 1994 and provides a variety of accounting services to our clients. She prepares individual and small business income tax returns and has a vast knowledge of payroll tax compliance, payroll processing and bookkeeping. Beth graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She has been with the firm for more than 25 years.



Brandon Bell

Staff Accountant/Student

Brandon graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Brandon is currently working towards his Master of Science degree in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University and is preparing for the CPA exams. His duties include assisting CPA’s and senior accountants in handling small business clients’ bookkeeping and income tax preparation.



Barbara Perreault

Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist

Barbara provides bookkeeping and payroll services for many of the firm’s small business clients. Her responsibilities include data entry, reconciliations, payroll processing and payroll tax compliance. She has a vast knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software and has been with the firm since 1996.

Barbara resides in Massachusetts and has three children and five grandchildren. In the summer Barbara spends all her spare time in Maine at her lakeside summer home with family and friends.



Jackie O'Brien

Office Manager

Jackie joined our firm in 2010, and since then has provided all around office support, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. She specializes in accounts receivable and billing. Jackie received her B.S. from Southern New Hampshire University in Business Management. While working towards her Master of Science degree in Business Administration, she was the Executive Administrator to the VP of Customer Support at IBM. Jackie brought with her an impressive business background that continues to enhance our firm, as she has a clear understanding of our diverse business needs.

In her spare time she enjoys celebrating life with her family and friends.



Lisa Hayden

Seasonal Receivables Clerk/Receptionist

Lisa joined our firm in 2004 and is responsible for accounts receivable and banking in addition to other administrative functions during tax season. She is proficient in Timeslips billing software and ScheduleView scheduling software. Lisa provides receptionist services to our clients in our Haverhill office as well.



Debby Morin

Seasonal Support Staff

Debbie joined our firm in 2004 and is responsible for processing, verifying and printing tax returns during tax season.



Deborah Auclair

Part-Time Receptionist/Support Staff

Deborah provides receptionist services to our clients in our Haverhill office. Deborah originally joined the firm in 1983 after receiving her associate’s degree from Northern Essex Community College. After several years of owning, operating and doing the bookkeeping for Auclair Builders, Haley Realty Trust and DebRon Realty Trust, she has returned to the firm to fulfill our clients and accountants’ needs. Deborah has also attended Merrimack College and Southern New Hampshire University where she took accounting, economics and business management.

Deb is a lifelong resident of Haverhill, Massachusetts. She has two daughters and two grandchildren. She loves hiking, photography and watching football. Her greatest passion is studying French. She teaches French part-time at a private school in the area.



Linda Mills

Part-time Receptionist

Linda provides excellent receptionist services to our Haverhill clients during tax season. She promptly fulfills clients’ and accountants’ needs.



Sue Lojko

Office Administrator

Sue joined Rosatone and Bell in 2018 in our Seabrook N.H. office as an administrative assistant. Sue is responsible for managing all administrative tasks in our front office and supporting the staff. Prior to coming to Rosatone and Bell Sue worked in the Holliston Public school system as a Procedural Assistant for the special education department. Sue managed and maintained all office functions in a detailed fashion. Sue was responsible for supporting the Student Service Administrators for two elementary schools. Sue has a vast background managing system software and staff/client scheduling.

Sue resides locally with her husband Peter and has two adult children and two grandchildren. Sue enjoys spending time with close family and friends, reading, boating, camping, walking and watching football.
